Client Obligations

Payment and Fees

• Deposits and payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection

• Any website designs, automation setups, graphics, or copywriting created by My Social Goals remain our property until full payment has been received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the website and branding elements transfers to the client, except for any third-party software, templates, or licenses.

• We are registered and protected by Copyrighted.com. Any unauthorised duplication or use of our website designs, content, or copywriting will be subject to takedown actions and potential legal proceedings.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Marketing and Automation

• By using our services, you acknowledge that we may use automated workflows and marketing automation tools.

• If you opt into marketing communications, you may receive automated responses, follow-ups, or newsletters related to our services.

• You have the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, My Social Goals is not liable for any losses or damages caused by:

• Third-party services, hosting providers, or software integrations.

• Unauthorised access to your website, CRM, or automation systems.

• Business losses due to website downtime, cyberattacks, or other technical failures.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.

• Any outstanding fees will remain payable upon termination.

• Upon termination, we reserve the right to revoke access to any proprietary tools or systems we have set up.

Amendments
